    The Screening System

    The generator automatically finds the optimum resonance in acoustically tuned screening systems. This resonance is influenced by the quantity of powder on the screen, the screening machine setting and other ambient conditions such as temperature and relative humidity. This guarantees optimum throughput and a gentle work process.

    The screening systems, which are tuned, check themselves on a cyclical basis. Changes in ambient conditions or material properties are detected and the power application of the generator is adjusted automatically. The resonator vibrations are optimized, thus protecting the material and ensuring the powder throughput is perfectly adapted to the situation in question. At the same time, the fabric mesh remains open, resulting in improved selectivity and increased throughput.

    Converters

    The key characteristics of the converters are their quality and reliability. They cover applications at frequencies of 36 kHz and power ratings of up to 200 W. There are stainless steel variants available specifically for use in areas with high material requirements. The converters are available in two different wall versions, with the feed-through either through the screening machine wall or through the screen frame.

    Screening resonators

    Screening resonators distribute the ultrasonic vibrations optimally over the entire screen fabric. They are available with fixed or screw-on converters. The shape and size can be adapted to specific requirements. Screening resonators are ATEX- and IECEx-certified.
